RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
With mychococandy, you can leave your worries behind. We try hard to ensure that each box of chocolate reaches you in the perfect condition. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any perishable product. However, we do recognize that sometimes our product gets damaged en route please let us know and we will be happy to send across a replacement of if you prefer, refund the amount back to you.
Conditions for return
Products should be returned in their original packaging.
Products/Items must NOT BE used. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
Please contact customer service if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective box of chocolate, we will refund your money.
Process to register a replacement
The customer needs to call or email MyChocoCandy.com within 48 hours of delivery to register about the replacement and the reason for the same. MyChocoCandy.com might ask for an image to be sent of the defect product or shipment to smoother the process of replacement. Once the defect has been confirmed, a replacement approval would be granted and the defective product would be picked up from the customers delivery address through our registered courier partners. The replacement would be completed within 7 working days.
All refunds would be processed to the customers credit card/ debit card accounts within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of return initiated by mychococandy.com
